Unfortunately we have a different story than the one Ms [redacted] is tellingThe only time that she was in the Pod is when we ask her to come in because one of my guys had spotted some damage and they wanted to show it to herIt is true that while we were in there moving things around one piece of furniture was scratchedVery minor scratchShe had blamed us for all of the pieces that we pointed out to her that had been damaged previouslySometimes these pods are moved around several times where they are stored atMs [redacted] did not in fact purchase full coverage insuranceHowever we did refund her a portion of the move priceIt is very clear on our contract that we do not cover minor scratches to pieces of furnitureWe are very sorry that she feels she has not treated fairlyBut however we feel that we have went above and beyond what was necessary to rectify the situation
