I ordered a sample and ened up with a monthly service, Canciled, been waiting for refund since april
I did not know I was signing up for a monthly delivery service, The product arrived. I returned it vjia the postal service, It was damaged in shipment, They have proof of all of that but they continue to tell me its between thier bank and mine and thats why I have not received my refund of $42.30, I have about 30 corrispondence emails with them and nothing but excuses but no refund.Half the time they won even answer my emai.
Akk I want is a refund, and a black mark against Live Frey, I don't want others to go thru what I have with them. I am on a fixed income, this is very hard for me, that was my bill money.
Order not received.
Ordered product on 1/15/19. I received a subsequent email on 1/21/19 that read my order was complete, and gave a shipping tracking number. As of today, 2/4/19, the tracking information states the USPS has yet to receive the goods for shipping.
An email inquiry to the company on 1/30/19 was answered the following day stating,
"Your order is on its way and should be with you soon.
It looks like your tracking is not updating. This rarely happens but when it does it often means that the courier has forgotten to scan the bar code or there was a mis-scan which will mean you will not get notified until the package is delivered."
I still don't have my order, and I was already charged when I made the purchase.
My attempt to get more information through Facebook messenger (1/30/19) was "answered" at almost midnight, four days later (2/3/19). The message blamed the delayed response on Facebook having problems, and did not address my order. They simply asked if I had heard from customer service. I sent a message back within one minute, and got their auto-response message back. The company has not responded to any Facebook posts from me, or to my direct message on Twitter.
There is no phone number listed for the company, nor any contact info for the owners, Leif and Erin.
It has been three weeks since I ordered, two weeks since it supposedly shipped, and four days since their rep, Veronica, said it had already gone out.
Full refund or IMMEDIATE order fulfillment with real shipping information.
I received my order this week.
I ordered special laundry detergent from this company and have not received the product. I have tried to contact them via phone, email, and messenger on several occasions and have gotten no response what so ever. I'd like a refund due to the fact that I cannot get the product as promised. When I check on the website for the company, my order status just says ? in process'.

Hello, we are a small business that has been (thankfully) struggling to keep up with growth and demand. We have been growing at an average rate of 25%/month for the last 10 months straight, and our supply chain turnaround has been unable to keep up with this growth. The company has refunded me the money I paid for the product and have been in touch with me about this matter sense. They only thing I request is that this company responds to emails and explains to the customer when there is going to be delays as this will prevent misunderstandings in the future.
