Needed suspension work done on my Lexus ES350. Scott and Nick took care of me with no up selling. Fair price, on time, and quality work. I would highly recommend Frey Automotive.

I have been taking my truck to Frey Auto since I moved to Wind Lake, 12 years ago.
I have had nothing but great experiences with the service staff at Frey Auto.
The quotes are accurate and the service completed on time.
JJ, the owner, takes the time to talk to his customer when they walk through the door.
Nick, the service manager, is friendly and knowledgeable.
The new building is clean and inviting.
I would recommend Frey to anyone. Their service is unsurpassed.

Review: I purchasced a van from Frey Auto Sales gave him a down payment of $377.51. I returned the van with in 24 hours he told me he voided the deal.

I never receieved no refund. at all.Desired Settlement: I just want my refund. I am asking for cash or certified check do to customer bad credit in the buisness world slow pay etc. etc.

This is the second vehicle we sold [redacted] which I allowed him to return. He paid the tax.title,and license and I allowed him to owe me the rest for a period of two weeks. After the two weeks was up [redacted] realized he couldnt come up with the money and returned the vehicle. He had texted me and stated-Quote"I am sorry I can not get any money from anywhere so I am on the way to put the van back on your lot you can keep all the money Keep all the most money I paid you for the 2nd tow & what ever any other expense . Thanx's for trying me life just sucks right now." I took this to mean that since he owed me $100 for a tow in addition to everything else I could keep the rest for my troubles. I guess not. I did two tows for Mr. [redacted] which I only charged him $100. Normally $150. Since hes NOT a buddy anymore I want that $100 back. So I will refund him $177.51 even though he used the van.

The business responce is incorrect He is trying to steal more money from me like he ripped off the IRS for doing tows for cash no paper work He never ask me to sign any paper work because he was pocketing the cash. I paid him $ 100.00 cash now that he wants to keep my money he has no documents if he does they are forged How do I get in touch with the IRS to have his books audited by the state & federal gov. He owes me $377..51 OR TELL ME HOW TO CONTACT THE STATE & IRS. I took delivery of the van I can mail you a copy of the contract were he has the full refund of$377.51 in the deal I picked up the van friday at 6pm. returned it on that same weekend on sunday moring. If I don't have my money of $ 377.51 I want this mater sent to the IRS for futher review.
