In our original response it was stated a refund would be issued for the amount requested to cover the shipping This refund is currently processing and will be sent to the consumer To the complaint that customer service failed, this too was addressed in the original response Understanding that we have process that are to be followed in handling complaints, these process were also reviewed and actions were taken specific to this complaint

I have reviewed the complaint and read the communication between our consumer affairs department and the consumerI agree the amount of emails that went back and forth was excessiveOur representative was trying to follow the procedure for refunding the amount for which she had receipts to coverOnce this issue went back and forth so many times it should have been elevated so the issue could be closedThe consumer affairs department has been instructed to elevate this type of concern much soonerOur job is to correct the issues the consumer is having and do our best to satisfy them the in the manner they have requestedWe will refund the consumer the amount requested as the product has already been replaced
I have reviewed the complaint and read the communication
between our consumer affairs department and the consumer. I agree the amount of

cover. Once this issue went back and forth so many times it should have been
elevated so the issue could be closed. The consumer affairs department has been
instructed to elevate this type of concern much sooner. Our job is to correct
the issues the consumer is having and do our best to satisfy them the in the
manner they have requested. We will refund the consumer the amount requested as
