After completing the requested repairs, the supervisor noticed a problem area on the roof.  The roof area was not a complaint the customer had, however upon discovering it, we took photos (attached), made a temporary repair (to prevent damage from occurring), and reported to the...

manufacturer for warranty authorization.  I have spoked to the customer and explained what we did, what we have been authorized to repair from the manufacturer, and when it can be completed.  The misunderstanding was cleared up and the customer is satisfied.

We received a $250 deposit on Wednesday 2/11/2015 from Mr. [redacted] to put a courtesy hold a vehicle for him. On Thursday 02/12/2015 Mr. [redacted] submitted a credit application....

 His credit was declined by the lender the same day (02/12/2015) and Mr. [redacted] was notified immediately.  Friday 02/13/2015 the store manager called Mr. [redacted]. At that point, Mr. [redacted] indicated that he would ask his Aunt and Uncle to fill out a credit application.  The store manager emailed Mr. [redacted] a credit application and told him that we needed to wrap things up quickly and come up with a resolution on how to proceed.   At no point in any conversation or email did Mr. [redacted] indicate that he was able to pay cash for the purchase.  Late on Monday 02/16/2015, after not receiving any other correspondence from Mr. [redacted] Saturday, Sunday, or Monday, the decision was made to release Mr. [redacted]'s hold deposit.  On Tuesday 02/17/2015 the salesperson called Mr. [redacted] to update him.  We refunded the entire deposit to Mr. [redacted].
