Customer requested service for their vehicle. Upon arriving customer had disassembled entire interior to use internet methods to override factory transponder security. Previous to any work being started they were advised they may have damaged...

the transponder system. Customer had elected to have us make them a duplicate key due to the fact the transponder in their key was damaged. Due to vehicle issue the key programmed but the vehicle would not start. Customer signed invoice acknowledging vehicle had an issue and paid for service call and key. Customer did not contact use with issues, instead made a false posting on yelp. A few days after post on yelp customer contacted us and requested service and offered to pay for us to completely fix the vehicles security issue. We declined to work on the vehicle and referred them to the dealer.
