I had an 8 a.m. appointment on Friday in service to replace the heater relay. I took my Ram 2500 in on Thurs afternoon. I had an ob2 scan done prior to bringing it in & informed them of the problem. Friday @ 4 p.m. service advisor, Ron called for me to authorize this work that is under warranty work that I had signed off on Thurs. He also confirmed that I was correct on what the problem was & stated that they had the part. They could not finish it but the mechanic would be in on Saturday to do the work. Saturday @ 3:30 p.m., I still hadon't not received a call. I asked if it was done & Louie, service advisor said it wasn't his vehicle to watch. 4 p.m. Louie informed me upon my persistence that they were working on it. 4:30 it is finally done & Louie said he had to squeeze it in.
Conclusion: 1 hr diagnosis & 30 min replacement took 48 hrs. The customer should not be responsible to make sure a companies employees are doing their job. So disappointed in the service care I received. I will not be back!
Customers fiancé called service manager on Monday. Service manager agreed. Apologize for the lack of communication from the service advisor. And would be speaking with all parties. It does not matter who wrote up the customer. All customers are very important to Fresno Chrysler. Thank you for your time.
So fr, so good, much better than the other dealer I shopped at 1st. They gave me the price that was advertised. We did have a little bump in the road, but we are working on it and I'm sure it will be resolved shortly, if not I will re-post.
I tried to contact this dealership for two weeks and they never answered the phone. I left a message once, and my father left a message once. But I called many more times. Finally, I just went to the service department. When you arrive, there are no directions. What are you supposed to do? No one greets you. I literally waited in my car for ten minutes. Finally, I got out and went in search of someone who worked there. They directed me to a tiny building with confusing doors so I ended up on the same side as the attendant Craig. Very confusing and embarrassing. I decided to go seek out the owner be a surely he would want to know that his service department is extremely customer unfriendly; however, he proceeded to yell at me so I shut up ?? and left very unhappy.
The customer called the day prior and left a message with no phone number to call back. Left her name but no phone number. The customer was maybe waiting on the service drive for about 3 minutes, all other staff was busy assisting other customers, when she came into our place of business. She approached the owner in a not very nice matter. And wanted to tell the owner how to run his business. He did not yell at her. Thank you.
