Already discussed issue with *** co., we recommended that owner take vehicle to another shop to address complaints, unable to satisfy owner, there are many underlying circumstances that have not been brought up (egprior work done on vehicle by another shop,(driver front door) that
owner is blaming our company for...)we will leave it as that.Mahalo

I did not agree to what the responded the insurance company asked me to ask the shop if they neededMore money to finish the job and the shop declined.
