I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments below. Attached is a copy of the gift certificate which specifically states that it is for Fresian Fantasy Woman's CampThe only reason the gift certificate was purchased was for the woman's campAfter repeated attempts to contact the business by email and phone with no response, I left a voice mail message on 4/5/stating again I wanted a refund and would take additional action if I did not hear from them in hoursOn 4/6/16, I received an email offering other services, I have no interest in receiving other servicesThe business has never contacted me since the 4/6/email and has never offered a refund despite repeated requests

A gift certificate was purchased in July We received an email 11/24/from recipient in November requesting camp dates which were emailed to herWe received an email 11/29/saying that she had selected May 13-15, as the camp she wanted to attendIn April I spoke to
the recipient and she said she had arthritis and couldn't ride and I explained to her that there was a lot more to camp than just riding(driving in the carriage,breeding, Foal handling, grooming,etc) and many women who attend can't rideI also explained that we had other services that we offered that she could use her gift certificate onOn 4/6/an email was sent to the recipient with an attachment of all the other services that we offer that the gift certificate could be used towardWe did not here again until we received this notice
