I ordered a Paddleboard speaker and got a USPS tracking number, However according to the USPS tracking information, FRESHeTECH only electronically notified USPS of an orderBut FRESHeTECH never got the speaker to USPS to shipFRESHeTECH does not answer emails, tweets or facebook notifications
This is ridiculous I ordered a pair of headphones from themI paid for faster shipping and the headphones did not come in he allotted timeI emailed them to try to get a tracking number( which I should have gotten after I ordered the headphones) and got no responseAfter a few days with no response from the email I decided to callEvery time I have call I never get an answer and go to voicemailI ordered these headphones as a gift that needed to be sent out by the time of the holidaysI am very upset and just want my headphones!!!
Interestingly, it took writing a review on Revdex.com to get some type of response This wouldn't have been necessary if the business bothered to respond to people's complaints via emails, phone calls, also saw plenty on ***It's not just mineIn terms of responding to folks in a timely manner, during the timeframe in which people are complaining about their delivery issues, I saw responses to only positive statements or questions, not the negativeBy the way, all negative comments from various people were hidden/removed from*** To date, I still have not received my orderThat was weeks ago These are all facts

I placed an order with this company 6-15-2016 but wasn't able to add promo code for discount. I sent an email 6-16-2016 and left a voicemail message with my concerns. I received an email stating a partial refund was forthcoming that same day but I also received a tracking number for product that was mailed. Kudos to Freshetech for their great Customer Service.
