Review: Went in to get eyelash extensions. After being told that I had 2 options, single lashes or clusters, I decided to try the single eyelash extensions. This service cost me $100. I was told that it was going to last about 3 weeks depending on how well I took care of them. I asked [redacted] ( eyelash expertise) that I would like to get medium short. It took her about 30 minutes of to finish putting the lashes and then I realized that they were really long. She said they were medium, so I didn't argue about it. But my eyelashes looked horrible. I was NOT happy with the results. I'm not the kind of person to complain but I did mention it to my nail technician. The next day when I woke up a clump of lashes just fell off. I called the salon back but they refused to give me my money back.Desired Settlement: All I want is to get my money back. I don't want Jackie to try and fix my eyelashes as I no longer trust her.
