Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I am referring to the second order placed with this company, order [redacted] placed on This was the second large order placed due to the use of the items as gifts, not that it should matter to the companyThey have "proof of delivery" as a signed delivery slip with the name ZamoraThat is not my name and I do not know of anyone with this nameThe package was delivered to my office due to delivery issues with the first package from the companyThere is no one in my office with the name on the delivery slipI do not find it acceptable that this company can ship large orders and have the delivery singed for by just anyoneIt should be signed for by the person who ordered the product if the company wants to hold said person accountableThe company was contacted directly before I contacted the Revdex.com, and the company decided that the were not accountable for the issueI do not wish to do any further business with this company as I find their method of doing business to be unacceptable and unfair for their customersThe company simply disregarding the issue is not a resolution California State University, Long Beach / [redacted] Style Definitions */ Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Please see attached documents, Customer had another order a few days before and claimed that she did not receiveWe helped her out on this one and replaced the order for her. A few days later customer placed another large order and is stating the same thing, she did not get the orderOn the
second order we required an signature since the customer had an issue in the first orderAll packages were signed for and delivered. Customer is now placing a charge back with her credit card
