Review: On Friday August **, 2013 I contacted Fresh Twist Media for a Logo Design. I sent him $35 via [redacted] for a logo he was going to create for me. I tried numerous times to contact him via email ([redacted]) Phone (###-###-####) and Facebook. He has repetitively ignored me about the logo, except for one instence which I spoke with him on the phone on 9/**/13 and he asked for a transation number from [redacted], that's it. it's been over five weeks waiting and he has wasted my time and I will no longer require his services as I will be working with a different graphic designer for my logo.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded $35. This business should be further investigated and shut down, He owes a lot of people money.
