Hello, My name is ***I contacted Fresh Student a little over months ago from Ad I came across on Face BookMy daughter had a little over owed in student loansher payment was 400+ a monthI was a little hesitant at first as this was all over the PhoneI first spoke with a lady named ***She went through the whole process with me to make sure I really understood how this workedI then decided to think about it for a few daysA few days later she followed up with me and again she went through the whole thing to make sure I was making a good decisionI decided to give it a try and I gave her my credit card information and had my daughter sign the papersWithin a few days I was called from a gentleman named ** ** he was also from fresh studentHe called to do a recorded call to make sure I knew what I had paid forWithin a few more days I was sent an email from a lady named *** which detailed what I needed to sendShe followed up a day later to see if I had any questionsI sent all of the papers that they asked forthen I got an email saying all had been submitted to the department of educationI was OKnow whatWell I am happy to say that the department of education consolidated loans form my daughter into one new oneShe now has payments of dollars a monthMy daughter is in better shape and now I no longer need to make her payments:) I see reviews online of ppl saying you can do this yourselfSure you can but who the heck has time for thatI would highly recommend this company if you need help
