Review: I have been fitting with my [redacted] company [redacted] to get a loan modification when I was un-employed from January 2009 thru April 2010 and then took a job just to go back to work taking a $20,000.00 pay cut. I have been fighting with [redacted] for several years. In May/June of 2014 this company contacted me apparently I filled something out on line to ask for Federal help thru the Hope program. This company contact me employee [redacted] she took all my information and told me they could help. I sent them all the information they requested and paid them two payments one on 6/4/14 of $750.00 and then another $750.00 around the end of May 2014. Then in June they tell me [redacted] would not approve a modification. Yet in one of the e-mails they send me they told me they had other options. Now I am out $1500.00 and they did not do a single think to help me. I have copy's of all e-mail transaction and voice recorded conversation with the owner Randall Yarbrough. I should have knew it was a scam company when we started talked religion and then when he needed to make sure second payment was made so he could make payroll.Desired Settlement: Complete refund.
