Looks suspicious, the letter they sent does not have mailing address, neither their websites
I've been contact by them. I prepare a letter back to them but their neither their letter nor their websites have mailing address.
Yest, I have found no information whatsoever about them.

I have contacted my account manager about my account. It has been a week with no response. I have been paying them for 4 months and see no improvement
I called my account manager last week for an account update on how it is going. She never calls me like an account manager should or as stated in my contract. I think they are taking my money and doing nothing from what I can tell already.
