Fresh Natural Cleaners

Review: I brought in a King size comforter to be dry cleaned and when I picked it up it was damaged. The color of the embroidered pattern was a completely different color (as if it were bleached) and there were multiple tears in the fabric. The owner refused to take any responsibility for the damage.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed the cost to dry clean the item ($19) and I would like a replacement for the comforter of which was purchased for $89.
