This company shattered sliding glass door in my back yard, but then refused to cover repair cost or provide their liability insurance information.
On 5/28/2019, this company shattered a sliding glass door in my back yard while mowing. I called and reported the incident to their customer service right away. Representative told me he would provide me with their insurance but then never did. I was told that because I have no video footage proving they shattered the glass that they will not accept responsibility or even provide me with their insurance information.

This was in sharp contrast to marketing claims on their website indicating they are insured and bonded, and will handle incidents such as this without hassle.

I was their customer for over 3 years with no incidents before 5/28/2019. I was happy with their service up to the point they shattered my glass door and refused to accept responsibility.

If I could give a negative star that would not be bad enough. This company had me on monthly mowing services, they skipped a month, then told me I would have to pay $70 for over growth. This was clearly their mistake and would not work with me at all!
They then preceded to tell me that the quote I had been quoted 2 years prior was wrong and they would be charging me additional fees per monthly mowing. Again if I was quoted the wrong quote, their fault!
The people are completely horrible to try to work with. There is not a manager or anyone that will try to help you. I would NOT recommend this company!!

Poor customer service and did not actually perform the service they were hired for.
I called on 03/10/18 to schedule a one time leaf pickup. I was told they would perform the service on 03/12/18 and that they would pull the funds ($70.36) that day and use them to pay the invoice I would receive once the service was completed. Per their website, if they cannot perform the service on the day they quote you, they will call to reschedule.I get home from work and no one has been by and I had not received any calls about rescheduling. I send an email asking for the service to be cancelled and the funds be credited back to me. I received an email on 03/13/18, asking for the property address so they can look up the account. I provide my address and check their customer portal to find that they paid off the invoice and then charged me another $70.36. On 03/14/18, I contact customer support again and ask that they immediately refund both charges. I have since filed a fraud affidavit with my bank as the company has not contacted me regarding the refund and never provided the service that we agreed upon.

I hired Fresh Lawn Mowing Service and not only did they do a horrible job, they cut the lines to my uplights out front of my home.
I called Fresh Lawn Mowing Service to mow my front and back yard. They showed up on Thursday, 4/5/2018. They used mowers with dull blades and the yard looked horrible. They didn't finish the yard and never used the weedeater on part of it. When they left they left two large trash bags of clippings sitting in my front yard. They left both of my gates standing wide open. Last night I went out to my car and noticed my uplights weren't working. Upon checking them out this morning I saw where the wires are cut from the weedeater or mower. I have one out of 10 lights working. I want them to repair the damage.
