I was told something and got something totally different, the pictures are from the same day service was done and I have no idea what you are talking about in regards to time stamps, as they came straight from my phone after the work was done and I called to see if they had finished due to the mess of the yard ? Why on earth would I take pictures of the exact mistakes before the day of service ? I am more than happy to bring my personal phone into your office and show you the exact location and time of the photos from my phoneAlso if they were not taken on the day of the service why was there the mulch that you put down all over the place in the pictures ? I also did not demand a full refund on the day of service, I was told times someone would be out to fix it, after a week I got another call to say someone would be out and I called back saying I wanted my money back and job was a complete joke, I never saw anyone after numerous promises of someone coming outThe grass wasn't even cut ! In regards to free mulch, the worker that was out here doing the work stated that I should call your service and not pay more as it was your mistake and not mine, YOUR worker told me thatHe also said that he goes to a man and buys the mulch himself so again your not making any truthful statements with your replyif you were so concerned someone should of come out to check the job that was done, when I paid the money you were able to send someone out the same day, but as soon as things were not done properly I never heard or saw someone againYou didn't reply to our calls, you didn't reply to emailsIf you didn't believe the photos why didn't you come out and check it for yourself ? If you have so many customers that are happy, I'm shocked that you have so many complaints against you I have no problem accepting a refund for grass not being cut, edging not being done, and extra mulch I should not have paid for the grass does not look good so I'm not seeing any results from the weed and feed that was suppose to have been administered either

This particular client we paid our crews to return to this house three times, then she demanded a refund and threatened my employees with a Revdex.com report if the refund was not submittedThis threat was like black mailHow could we refund her the service when we paid out of pocket to complete it with the extra mulch, delivery ,installation and the re-mow of her entire large corner lot? We sent them back three times with "free mulch" that we had to pay for the pick up, delivery and installation onTo better explain what transpired here I asked for a statement from the three points of contact in the office Each of them wrote their take on the situation We can provide the telephone recordings and pictures to back up the events that took place with this serviceEven after losing money on this job we offered her a refund of the price of the mowAfter paying the mulch yard and purchasing the fertilizer I think the crew only made around $and they went back three times to this houseFirst time was to mulch, fertilize and mowSecond time was to lay another yard of mulch at % of cost and to re-mow her yard (it was not even)Third time she told us to come back and pick up clippings and blow off her side walks we sent them right back out to her houseAfter that she called and demanded a refund for the complete serviceHad she asked for a refund instead of having us continue to go out to her property to redo her service we would have given it to herWe still offered her a refund of $for the price of the mow which she declined with more threatsSales Rep
I initially spoke to Ms*** and set up her servicesWhen booking the services she said she needed about yard of mulchI explained to her that we would charge her for only yard and that if more was needed once they were out there we would let her knowThese were the notes made to her account "yard of black mulch needs spread on trees in front, tree in back and flower beds on side of house and bush on the other sideif more is needed please call to let her know." And indeed more mulch was needed so they called her to let her know yard was not enough for all the places she wanted it and she got upsetMulch starts at $+ tax per yard (pays for purchase, delivery and installation) but she was offered $+ tax for an additional yardShe also requested weed & feed and a mowShe called me that same day when they were out and told me that I should have told her that more yards of mulch were neededI apologized for the inconvenience and told her that that was why she was told that if more was needed we would call her but we would initially start with only yardI didn't know how big her flower beds were, her bushes or her trees so I could not give her the exact amount of yards she would needShe was very calm and and was not rude at all and just told me OK and thank youLater I was told that her husband, who I did not speak to prior to that had called very upset and spoken to someone else complaining about the mulchThat is when I believe he was offered $+ tax for an additional yard.

I never talked to the customer, All I know is that customer said it was a "little tree" "small beds" and made it seem it wasn't much and the notes said that if more mulch was need to call customerWhen Feliciano called and said he needed more he said yard more and he could make it still look nice with extra yard but would not be as thick and we ended up paying for him to pick it up, deliver and install itClient new it was more but decided not to say anythingNow we have before and after pictures on *** that were taken while we were at the job site with the time and datePictures that they sent to us could not have been the pictures after the service that we have time stamped, they were from someone else they sent to get a quote "before" the work was done

The husband called in saying that his wife was upset about the service. I told him we would send someone back to fix the issues and apologized, I let the customer know that the sales rep was just doing a general quote saying about yard, that there was no way without ever being on their property we could know exactly how much total mulch would be needed and I listened to the recording of the sale and the rep did in fact say "if more is needed we will call to get it approved" Client says "its very small area yard should be enough"Even after I heard the recording I still wanted to make the client happy with the service so I told them that we would discount the second yard of mulch as much as we could I asked the man what he thought was fair and we agreed on $(black mulch at the ground up cost $does not include delivery or installation)for the extra yard of mulch When we spoke this was around 4:pm that afternoon so explained the crew would come back in the morning which they did We have pictures that show a very nicely done job Yes they did have to go back to pick up a few clippings but they did go back three timesMost landscaping companies can not set up a full job for mulching, mowing, weeding, a big corner lot on a couple hours notice, never mind same day

They are the worstI bought my home in late December and hired them to come every other Thursday since thenThey have repeatedly cut the wrong grass instead of minePromised to fix it and it would never happen againIt happened again that same dayI was offered a refund that I never got along with the pictures I requested from other dates that I never receivedThey blind transfered me and "dropped" my call when I called back on a Saturday to get resolution

I dont think we need to refund them we have done their flower beds weed eating for $6.00 each time she did not want to pay for hand pulling or the beds that was a lot of wk...

for the techs I tried to meet her half way but they did not want we have the pics and it was over 2 hours of work they also had a tree in the spot she was talking about that was cut down so the were not sure if they were planting something in there do he did not cut it down  but we have now fixed it and made her happy.

After researching this account and reading the other review, we have decided to refund this client.  I would like to point out we have time and date stamped pictures of the three times we went out to her property to complete the service to her satisfaction. Her hedges were extremely over grown....

The hedges alone were a half a day job for at least $100, which we only billed her $30.00. We at Fresh Lawn only want to provide excellent service to our clients. Every time she called we set up another job to go back out to her property with out any question about it and with out additional expense.  We stand by our motto that the customer is always right and will refund her service with no questions asked.

This has been refunded and she has the receipts from the company that makes our credit card transactions directly emailed to her. We have no control of how long her bank takes to process them.  If you require a copy of them please let me know.

I just watched Fresh Lawn mow my yard. I’m impressed! They’ve been servicing our yard for a couple of months now, but I’ve usually missed being here when they came. The yard always looked good when it was done, but now I know why. The man who mowed the yard took care. He used two different types of edging equipment for just the right results. Even though the mowing machine was quite large, the operator never hit a single bush or tree with it. The mulch that I so painstakingly put in my flower beds – is still there. He lowered the speed of the blower when he got close to the beds and didn’t blow out the mulch. This guy gets my vote. He’s great. And one last bonus, there wasn’t a bag of lawn clippings left on my driveway for the neighborhood committee to complain about.

This client called in on  3-24-14 to have thirty minutes of trimming done , $40 for weed killer, and his lawn mowed,edged , and blown. One of the new sales personnel by mistake charged twice for the weed killer. We immediately refunded the double charge on 4-3-14. At that time client did not say anything was wrong with the service. It was not until  5-1-14 that he called in and had an issue with the service demanding a refund. Of course his grass would be grown out over a month later. We do not charge any thing for labor for the weed killer it actually cost us  around $37 + tax. He wants our company to reimburse him for work we did as well as product we purchased for his yard over a month ago  with no complaints at all until 5-1-14. We  send emails out to all new client with this clause in it : . All cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Any service issues must be reported within 24 hours to be eligible for a 0 cost redo.  He received that email as soon as he set up his account on 3-24-14.

I have used Fresh Moving Lawn service for more than 1 year. They respond quickly and effectively. I spoke with Patrick the other day regarding some landscaping I want done. He was very helpful and friendly.
