The statements customer is making inside are untrueFrom the very beginning of job, which we have pictures of, we have fully tarped and covered in plastic all of material within home. As in every job, there is clean up, but we also cleaned our way out of home, taking detailed pictures before
and during and after our workWe returned and did touch ups and extra clean-upWe did a final walk around with the customer upon completion, and after satisfaction of the job and agreement, we were paid in full for the jobSamuel did return to the home to inspect the work, only to be chased out with threats and obscenities from Mrs***There was never a point where we were unwilling to make our customer happy and made extra attempts to do so At this point, we feel customer is asking for things out of the bounds of our contractWe have offered all the free work that we can and at this point no longer feel that we owe anything further to said customerwe are sending a group of pictures of before and after work to prove that we have done these thingsCustomer has stated that we did not tarp or cover anything, which are pictures will show otherwiseCustomer has also stated that we did not leave things in proper form, which pictures will show otherwise Fresh Image works hard to keep good relations over years with all customers and would be willing to do anything we can to make any customer happy, with in reason of our contractsThank you very much Revdex.com for taking the time for our dispute
