Fresh Harvest Kafe

Review: In May 2013, we placed an order for a wrap from Fresh Harvest Kafe. We had ordered from there 6 times in a matter of 3 months because the food was decent. Although we had ordered the same thing many times, our wrap was made incorrectly. When we spoke with the manager, [redacted], she was argumentative, rude, told us we were wrong, and offered no apology for the order issue. After over 5 minutes of arguing with us, she said she would make a new one but claimed that we would still have to talk with the owner the next day. She said she'd put the issue on the owner's desk and that the owner would call us around 10AM the next day.Finally, our new order arrived around 11:30PM. When we answered the door, a woman we had not seen before was holding our food. Immediately, she told us she did not work for Fresh Harvest Kafe and said she was a friend of one of the employees and that the employees were too busy to deliver our food. She would not give us her name, occupation, who she knew, etc. We felt extremely uncomfortable with a non-employee handling our food and being given our address, name, etc. Needless to say, we never ate that wrap, worried it could be tampered with. Our personal information has been released without our consent, and our food was handled by someone with no training and no affiliation with Fresh Harvest Kafe.When we called around 10:30AM the next day, an employee answered and told us that the owner was not in and that the owner is [redacted]. We still have not received a phone call. The same people also own [redacted], so I imagine the same negligence occurs there.Desired Settlement: n/a
