I am rejecting this response because: I was not offered a full refund for the services that I received the women was trying to prorate the refund I would be receiving and contentiously repeated for me to leave the shoes with her so they may re clean them which I did not feel comfortable doing considering the damage that was already doneI waited at the location for nearly an hour for the gentleman who was in charge of that sector of the cleaning company who never showed I was continuously lied to about when he would arrive I did not become irate in the business I spoke with the women who was on shift and then sat with my fiance in chairs provided for customers for the gentleman to arrive there is video footage of the business to support that statement , at this location there is also a security company that ensures safety to all businesses and the parking lot who never once had to come over for this situation and were never called to the business I understand that this business may have never had this incident occur before but I would greatly appreciate if they would accept responsibility for the incident at hand and offer reasonable compensation for the damages

Review: I come to this bussiness interested in having two pairs of shoes cleaned. A women named [redacted] assisted me and assured me they could clean then no problem she said like brand new . She also informed me it would be about a week and she would call and let me know they were finished, so I paid for the service and left the shoes. Two weeks later I decided to check on them after NEVER recieving a call. When I arrived she informed me they were done when I received the shoes I noticed they were extremely yellow and on the second pair there were pen marks accross the toe as well as the materially had been melted to the point of it coming off . I asked the women and she informed me the cleaner would be back in 15 minutes . After 20 minutes I asked her again when she called him and said he had car trouble after that she informed me there was nothing she could do for me after completely ruining me shoes and the owner would not even help me !Desired Settlement: I want the money I spend for the service refunded as well as being compensated for my $200.00 shoes being completely ruined

Our business cleans around 500 pairs of shoes per year and never receives a complaint. As a courtesy to the customer, business was willing to refund the cost of the service but customer refused. They were demanding $100 for the cost of the shoes which was something business did not believe was fair. Unfortunately, the consumer became very irate and started making threats about the business which is not something that is acceptable. At this time business is willing to still refund the cost of the cleaning even though the services paid for were rendered.
