Due to insurance issues and the faulty scheduling on their part, my daughters were denied their month cleanings and were asked to return the following dayKeep in mind, this is after three confirmations (two texts and a phone call) from the office and after taking off work half a day and my girls missing half a day of schoolThe girls' father was not happy to say the least but only wanted the situation fixed in a way that did not include having to miss anymore school or workAfter the office manager rudely told him to not yell (I was on the phone with him and I can vouch for him that he was NOT yelling) he proceeded to ask for the owner's contact information in which she provided the management company's contact information, not the owner'sWe've since made appointments for my daughters at another dentist's officeHowever, I received a certified letter today from Fresh Dental stating they were discontinuing dental treatment for my daughters and they do not feel this type of relationship is attainable between myself and their officeThis is an understatement, Fresh DentalAlso, thanks for FURTHER wasting my time for forcing me to go to the post office to claim a certified letter

I had a very good impression of this business from the minute I walked in the door. Everything was very pretty and clean and the staff was very nice and friendly. I will return. The hygienist was good and the dentist was very patient .

Appt. at 11. Got right in. I was there for 2 hrs. and staff was very courteous and attentive. My dental became more serious and they thought. The dentist explained what was going on and was referred to a specialist. I will return to have the original diagnosis completed after I see the specialist. Very Satisfied. Gloria W.

Its a cool environment for all ages. Love the movie selection and its kid friendly. I'll definitely return!
