This firm was to create an[redacted] Website for me for $2094. The site was supposed to perform like website www.[redacted].com. This was agreed upon by both parties and also his assistant Michelle heard the conversation.The product he has given me does not perform at all like the example website I gave him, and now he wants more money. The site cannot be used and the Owner,[redacted], wants more money to complete the website...That was not our agreement.The problem is that Mr. [redacted] did not let his developers look at the website that they were to immolate, thus underbidding the job we agreed upon. Now he is stating that he needs more money to complete "Phase Two." Phase two was to be for making upgrades, not for correcting major system flaws. Initially I made him aware there would be additional cost involved. He started crying "foul ball" and he contacted your office. Then he threatened to contact an attorney. I encouraged him to go ahead because we had fulfilled the services required. He finally calmed down and we were able to come to an agreement.We basically bit the bullet financially on some of the additional items he was requesting.
