Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the business's response is generic, phony, and calculated, coming only after published personal attacks and refusals to take responsibility for the damage done to my property under the supervision of RR*** The conduct of R [redacted] is completely unprofessional, and future customers may be at safety risk with him or his company on their property He was completely unwilling to listen to my concerns, and denied any wrong doing on the part of the Fresh Coat Painters franchise despite greatly inconveniencing me and doing nothing to make amends for my dissatisfaction Sincerely, [redacted]
