Fresh Cleaners in El Dorado Hills

Review: I gave an expensive Hawaiian sweatshirt to Fresh Cleaners in El Dorado Hills to be cleaned and paid for it on December 3, 2013. They did an excellent job. About a week later I got lipstick on it and brought it back to Fresh Cleaners to be cleaned again. When I picked it up and paid for it after cleaning on December 12, 2013 it was many sizes larger and not wearable. They told me I brought it in stretched out like that. Yet, they cleaned it perfectly and did not stretch it out the first time. I asked them for a modest $50 which would not even cover the cost of a new one. They refused.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate your assistance in recovering the $50 and, most importantly, ensuring that others are aware of the inappropriate business practices by Fresh Cleaners in El Dorado Hills.Thank you.
