We received the notification of Deborah [redacted]’s complaint on Monday, March 19 and have worked with her directly to resolve the concern.  On March 20th, we spoke with her on the phone to (1) clarify an apparent miscommunication regarding Epic training availability to third party consultants...

and (2) explain the paths by which she can obtain that training.  We are also following up with the school that may have provided Ms. [redacted] with misinformation about Epic training availability to correct their understanding of Epic’s policies on such training. We appreciate the Revdex.com notifying us of this issue and request that this issue be noted as resolved.
