Absolutely the worst Base charge was $356.00, by the time they left, it got jacked up to $ Furnace left disassembled & filled with debris I had to put it back together myself to get it to work Several duct covers did not even get removed, so it’s not possible they were cleaned If the screw is still painted over, it can’t have been removed! Sent photos & got no resolution
The inside of their “hepa filter” machine is so filthy, there’s no way to tell if anything was sucked out of the ducts or not I asked to see it before they started & the filters could not even be seen for all the enormous globs of dust, hair, etc
When I complained, the owner called to literally scream at me When I mentioned posting poor reviews, he threatened legal action It was absolutely insane A complete & total rip-off I feel like such a sucker for getting roped in
