Review: We purchase a full vent cleaning, with camera inspection and dryer vent cleaning from this company.Upon arrival and without using a camera that was supposed to be used, their technician immediately stated that our vents were seriously dirty and he would need to use a brush, a service that was not included in the purchase. Of course, this went against the service we purchased through [redacted]. He was extremely insistent and pushy saying that I could not be sure that my heating duct would be appropriately cleaned without it. It was ironic because he was talking about a vent that was taken apart and inspected a few days earlier. After 15 minutes of arguing, his helper performed a very limited work and they both left not to be seen again and did not give us the certificate of cleaning that we were expecting.I consider the $ for this service to be a waste of money as I could have easily performed the work that was done. The company misrepresented their service and I consider this to be a scam aimed at selling extra service as soon as the technician enters someone's home. I would advise potential buyer of this deal to stay away from it and for the Revdex.com to add this company on their bad or "Do Not Use" list.
