I recently purchased electronic filters from Rona Carpet & Duct CleaningI specifically asked for X 20, a very common sizeInstead they delivered X 29, a size that necessitated having to trim them to fit my electronic filterAs a result there was a lot of waste (inches cut from each filter) which I believe I paid forI was told that my electronic filter was a custom size and they do not provide X I also had to ask for an invoice (***) which was not provided when delivered*** *** ***I feel I should have been given a discount for their mistake
