I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have not refused any proposal from the business. When I last talked to the owner she told me "I responded to the Revdex.com and they will contact you. Add far as I am concerned you can take your business else where." Then she hung up on me.
