The worst customer service. I ordered the wrong shirts for my son online. I realized it immediately and called customer service. I was told they were going to cancel the order and I would a refund. On this call I placed an order for the correct shirts. A week later I received a phone call stating that my order for the correct shirts is stuck, in the system and assured me that the order will be processed. They advised they would donate the girls shirts I ordered in error. The girls shirts arrived 5 days ago. This is where it gets sticky. I called to check on the correct order and they told me it is still processing. The customer service rep advised she would give me a refund on the 2 orders I placed and place another order. Charging my card for a third time was not an option. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I explained to the supervisor Jeremy that they previous rep advised it only appeared to look like it was processing but was not progressing. I asked to speak to his manager because at his point I have gotten 3 stories. He advised that there was no one above him I can speak to. I used to manage a call center. There is always someone higher to speak with. At this point I need my sons shirts prior to school starting. I called the corporate phone number but unless you know a direct extension it just gives you a general voicemail.
I didn’t get a belt with my order and was charged for it and was told replacement was on its way and after a month they said they have no record of it shipping. They are refunding me and want me to reorder. I don’t want to reorder until I get the refund since they have been shady about this. Their size charts are wrong too! My daughter is a size 14 and the shirts were too tight. Our neighbor ordered a size 16 shirt for her daughter and my daughter tried it on and it was way to big she was swimming in the shirt... there are no other sizes in between so those were our only options.
I made a purchase about approximately one hour after I made the purchase they took the $102 out of my account already an hour after I made the purchase I cancelled the order it took me nearly a month to get my refund they lied to me and said that the package had already shipped but that was a lie I would not recommend this company at all
On 5/28/18 I purchased French Toast uniforms online for $292.47. I called *** on 5.31.18 and spoke with Customer Service Representative Leigh at 10:27 am for approximately 4 minutes. I called for assistance regarding the multiple pending charges from French Toast on my checking account ($210.95, $81.52 and $ 292. 47). The charge for $81.52 had been refunded and I wanted and needed access to the $210.95. I was told that it should fall off in a day or two, but I could email customer service my bank statement showing the pending transactions. I emailed customer at 11:05 am on 5.31.18. I received a reply email from Temica W. informing me that I'd have to wait 1 to 5 days depending on my bank. I spoke with a bank representative on 06.01.18 and 06.04.18, stating that I have to wait for the transaction to post and dispute or wait for the merchant to clear it and the pending transaction falls off. It's been a week or 5 business days since my funds have been withheld from me and I'd like French Toast to clear the pending transaction.
Customer was informed of pending auth charges. Customer has provided a copy from the bank showing the auth si a pending charge. We have not authorized this amountand are not holding the funds. The issue at this point is with the bank, as they have not released the funds to the customer. we requested the customer provide contact infroamtion to a person at the bank regarding the transaction,so we may send a letter and request a release of funds. This would only be a request, as the bank has final authority over the account. We are waiting on information from the customer to complete this transaction.

returned a few items and have not received a refund for them. My record shows that that the company received the items on December 22. I have contacted this business four times now. I called twice and have emailed twice. My Order # is ***. The
Tracking number: *** . The Items I returned are 2 - 5012X BLUE S L/S OXFORD BLOUSE and 1- 1066G NAVY 14 PLEATED SKIRT.
This order was received and a refund was processed for all 3 returned items on 1/15/18. Customer will see refund in account in 5-7 business days. Total refund is $24.52.
