French Nails

My last visit here was horrible and the worst experience I ever hadI came in to get a full set gel acrylicA employee quoted me a price of dollars when I ask for the price of the service I was gettingAfter he applied the acrylics to my nails I asked to wash my hands however,I was told no because it would mess up the nailI have washed my hands plenty of times at this salon with just water and it has never messed my nails upAfter he applied the gel polish I was allowed to wash my hands.However, there was a hard white substance around each of my nails that was not coming off I showed him and he went and brought me a brush from the pedicure side of the salon and tells me to scrub it off myself, the white substance is still visible and not coming offI showed him and he proceeds to put acetone on my nails which messed the nails up.The gel polish was no longer shiny but dullAnother employee tries to fix my nail by buffing them but she does it too rough and cuts my cuticleS

Hospitalization & medical cost from cellulitis from this salon
Went to salon 6/8/for full set nails & pedicureWas cut during pedicure caused infection next week Went to podiatrist who hospitalized me - had surgery for major infection & cellulitis on ball of foot due to salon scraping live layer of cells from ball if footday hospital stay40,hospital bills, missed weeks off work & now won't answer calls or respond so I can file insurance claim not sue
