[redacted] Ins, the customer never called our shop and notified us of anything. We picked the vehicle up from the customer's house, had it realigned, and reproged the TPMS sensor. The vehicle was then delivered back to the customers house with no TPMS light on. We have never been made aware of anymore issues from [redacted] or the customer. It makes it difficult to know if there is still an issue because the customer doesn't answer or return our calls.
