French Accent Landscaping, Inc.

To be up front I did have an estimate from French Accent of $989. My complaint is with the owner [redacted]. He told me twice, once on the phone and in person that this would be a all day job. When he and his 2 man crew came over on Tues morning Nov. 19th 2013 he made the comment that it would take about 3 hrs to complete the job. I thought it was going to take all day. [redacted] was in a hurry and said he needed to be at Camelback. While I was talking to him he was looking at his phone. He left to go to his next job and left me with the two crew 2 guys that could barely speak English. I feel that he just wanted to get this job out of the way. Anyway, after only 2 hrs the two crew members took out two medium size plants and replanted 1 small cactus and took out some dirt for a drainage problem that I was having. OMG I feel I was overcharged for a job that was to take all day to a job that just took 2hrs. I chose this business because of the Revdex.com rating. Plus, the business is licensed , Bonded and Insured. Also, in good standing with [redacted]
