Fremont Locksmith

Review: My wife locked both sets of keys in her car so we googled locksmiths. An ad came up something along the lines of $19 Fremont locksmiths. We called the number and were informed that a technician would call us back and arrive within thirty minutes. A technician called back and asked for our address and a confirmation that service was needed. He asked if we knew the price and we said that online it states that a car unlock was $25.00. The technician said he would explain the price upon arrival. Long story short he asked if we wanted insurance for another $69.00 the price kept rising from online $25.00 to $61.00 and then the insurance of $69.00 then after he opened the door it was $185.00 and he insisted that he explained the price before opening the door which is absolutely absurd because through other services with the same vehicle plus a tow to the dealership was $100.00 cheaper than that. We then asked for the 10% discount on the url listing and he said he would see what he could do (which was nothing). This company is an absolute rip off.Desired Settlement: I would like a more reasonable payment for the unlocking of my vehicle in the same average as other reputable companies in this area.
