Very unprofessional, We used their service to diagnose an issue with the truckSo called hour express diagnostic service resulted in hour wait and hour in the bay out of wich mechanic spent minutes at the truck and minutes filling out paperwork, chatting with other "mechanics" and talking on his cell phone Diagnose- bad sensorTo replace it, they wanted.....$in Labor Sensor sits on top of the motor and held by bolts and one electrical plugPurchased the sensor, replaced myself inminutes right there on their parking lot Paid them $165(hrs labor)for reading the codesAbsolute disgrace and rip offNever againStay away from that place

So called 2 hour express diagnostic service resulted in 5 hour wait and 1 hour in the bay out of wich mechanic spent 15 minutes at the truck and 45 minutes filling out paperwork, chatting with other "mechanics" and talking on his cell phone. Diagnose- bad sensor. To replace it, they wanted.....$437 in Labor. Sensor sits on top of the motor and held by 2 bolts and one electrical plug. Purchased the sensor, replaced myself in.. 15 minutes right there on their parking lot. Paid them $165(1.3 hrs labor)for reading the
codes. Absolute disgrace and rip off. Never again. Stay away from that place.
