Freeway Transmissions

March 10th, Revdex.com To whom it may concern; The [redacted] ’s purchased the referenced transmission from Freeway Transmissions and installed it on their own Freeway’s written warranty (which was provided to the [redacted] ’s at the time of purchase) for do-it-yourself transmissions is months or 12,miles for parts only Freeway’s limited transmission warranty states, “No labor will be paid on do-it-yourself installs.” Unfortunately the transmission failed after a couple of months which prompted the complaint Therefore, as a gesture of good will I have agreed with Mari [redacted] to remove the purchased transmission and reinstall another transmission for $ [redacted] including taxThe $ [redacted] (normally $***) covers the labor to remove the warranty transmission and reinstall the replacement transmissionThe replacement transmission is covered under warranty at no chargeSince Freeway is installing the replacement transmission the warranty for the transmission will be for months or 12,miles for parts and laborThe [redacted] ’s can discuss any future concerns, if any, directly with me Sincerely, Mark *N [redacted] President
