Freeway Trailer Sales Inc

Mr*** brought his Wells Cargo trailer to us on 11/19/with three factory warranty issues. He had previously taken the trailer to Bickford Ford with two of these issues. Bickford Ford opened a factory warranty claim for these issues with Wells CargoMr*** removed
the trailer from Bickford Ford and brought it to us to fix the two issues plus a third. Because a factory warranty claim had already been opened at Bickford Ford, Wells Cargo would not allow us to do the warranty work on the first two issues. Wells Cargo would only authorize us to do the warranty work on the third issue, a rear door seal. Freeway Trailer repaired the rear door seal under warranty as instructed by Wells Cargo. Wells Cargo decided that the trailer would go back to the factory for warranty repair of the remaining two issuesWells Cargo picked up the trailer from our lot and took it back to the factory in Ogden Utah on 2/10/for warranty repairs Mr*** is mistaken in his statement that Freeway Trailer Sales needed to buy a trailer from Wells Cargo in order for his trailer to be picked up. We contract with a private freight company to haul trailers from Wells Cargo in Ogden Utah to our sales lot. Wells Cargo has their own freight trucks and uses them to deliver and pick up trailers trailer from other dealers in Washington. It is our understanding that the return of Mr***' trailer was waiting for Wells Cargo to bring a load of trailers to Washington for other dealers. When Wells Cargo has completed the repairs they will return the trailer to our sales lot We do our best to service our customers and stand by our product, but we have no control over factory warranty issues.
