Review: I had placed a $1000 on account. I no longer need my account and have twice requested a refund of the remaining balance (over $500). My initial request was made over 1 month ago. I called last week and requested follow up to which nothing has been done.Desired Settlement: I want my money back per the terms of their own contract.
