Review: I had placed an order with this company on 12/5 for a watch. I used my credit card which was charged within 2 days. Every time I check my order status online, it still says processing. I emailed this company with no response. I called 3 times and no one answers a phone-not even when transfered to the operator and I left a message once with all information about my order with my phone number to call back.Desired Settlement: If my order can not be fulfilled then I would like a refund.
