The purchase was complete and shipping was arranged and discussed with the customer. The freight company instructed that the bed would be picked up for shipment within business daysThis information was given to the customer and explained that the freight company would dispatch the
pickup within this time frameWe checked on the shipping status daily with the freight company during the business day wait period. We had to wait the full days as the shipping was paid in full, up front to get on the dispatch logOn the tenth business day, the freight company was unable to provide a pickup date and it was in a dispatched statusAt this point, a new freight company was hired, per the customers request. We contracted with the vendor the customer requested, R& L Carriers. We provided detailed descriptions, measurements, weights and all other pertinent information to the new vendor. R&L Carriers showed up on day and advised they would not be able to ship the product due to size restrictions. This information was communicated to *** *** with Hydrofrac and we advised that we would work to get another company asap. A third company agreed to deliver the product and this information was given to *** ***. The bed was picked up and delivered within days of the original promise dateText messages and pictures were sent as confirmation that the product had shipped Some of this delay was due to the Thanksgiving HolidayWe took every care and went above and beyond to deliver as promised and communicated with our customerUltimately we absorbed several hundreds of dollars to deliver to our customerIn a follow up text with Steve after the product delivery it was stated that the bed had been received and that all was goodWe strive for perfection and professionalism in our company but sometimes outside variables interfere and are beyond our controlInstances such as freight companies are an example of this but we do strive for excellence. This situation was resolved
