Review: On June 20th, 2012, I made an order online on Freemotions web site. I bought two pairs of pointe shoes. The total was U$186,55. I received an answer that the order would only be delivered at the third week of July, 2012. I wanted the shoes right away, so I canceled the order. Then I received another e-mail CONFIRMMING that my order was canceled and AFFIRMING that my credit card had not been charged. However, on August 7th, 2012, at 4:25pm my credit card was charged on R$378,30 by Freemotion. I contact the store by e-mail and they explained me that a mistake had been made: the person responsible for the orders forgot to cancel my order. I was instructed to return the pointe shoes and I was GUARANTEED that I would receive a refund relative to the pointe shoes and the shipping that I would have to pay to return them.I sent the product back, but never received the refund.After that, I contact Freemotion by e-mail three more times to ask about the refund, but they never answered me back. The contacts were made on November 28th, 2012, January 9th, 2013 and on April 21th, 2013.I have recorded all the e-mails exchanged during this process.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refund, as I was promised, in the amount of the order (U$186,55) plus the mail cost (U$9,00).
