I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12477435. The manager of this Food Lion store contacted me and offered her apologies for the poor behavior of her employee.  I told her that she did not have anything to apologize for because she did not do anything wrong.  It was her employee who did. Blaming her for the actions of her employee would be no better than democrats and liberals trying to blame President Trump for the lies that Paul M. told.  It wasn't President Trump's fault and it wasn't the fault of this store manager for the poor behavior of her employee. She offered to give me the items in question at the price advertised. I asked her to please give me a Food Lion gift card because I no longer felt comfortable shopping at her store. I only come in there one time of day in the morning when the rude employee would be working and I did not want to have to deal with her ever again.  The manager said she understood and asked me what was a fair amount for the gift card. I told her that was her decision and no amount was decided on. She said she would send out the gift card that day. I want to thank the Revdex.com for all of your time and help and to thank Food Lion for responding to my issues in such a positive way.

The customer's concerns have been forwarded to store management so that they can contact the customer with resolution.
