I am rejecting this response because:Based on the attached receipt, the car was towed on 6/and was sat on all weekend. Then *** / *** calls me 2:pm Monday 4/to say call me before 4:pm to order the part. I work in an area that doesnt get phone reception, so I dont get the message until after 4:pm. I show up after 5:pm Monday 6/Just for him to tell me he has to order a cable the next day instead of just ordering it, which could have been done over the weekend..... Bottom line, this service has been horrendous, to the point, I dont believe what Im being told. The dates listed above are definitly untruthful. Please let me know if the cable replacement will be done today

Mr.*** Buick Lucerne came to our service department on 6-17.We are behind a few days in the service department and his vehicle was diagnosed on 6-19-it needs a battery and negative battery cableMr*** approved the repair on 6-19-at approximately 4:30pm and parts had to be
