THREE adults live in the house, explain to me how in one month (my original complaint) there could be excessive wear and tear? Also, as originally stated upon receiving the couch, my father got ill and we spent the first month of owning the couch, running back and forth to care for him until his passing on January *, Hence barely using the sectional until the middle of January on a daily basisWe spend an average of less than hours a day on the couch!!! We work, have other commitments and EVEN if we were on the couch hours a day, THIS IS NOT WEAR AND TEAR of a couch that is less than months old now, thanks to the time Jennifer takes to get a repairman to youRoughly about weeks or more on averageWe filed a complaint immediately upon realizing that the sectional was not right, how can one sofa feel differently on every cushionFirst repairman added stuffing to the down cushions to even out the sitting experience (clearly he felt a difference when sitting on it) and sewed the slipcover to the back of couch so it stays in place because he saw the slipcover laying pooled on the floor)I ask you how is a $that has you falling side ways when sitting, sinking into some cushions, feeling like sitting on a hill on others, ill fitting slip cover that is supposed to be removable for easy care (which we never removed) but had to be sewed to the back of the couch so it stayed in place and an attachment that does not stay together and sagging frame when you sit on either side, be considered NOT defective? Then the second repairman Daniel came in said the reason the corner cushion was like sitting on a hill was that it was pulled too tight so he undid that, added wood wedges to the front of the couch to support the sagging frame and told us that nothing that he did would void our warrantee? Now the corner piece is sunken into the couch and there is a noticeable indent in the cushions where it meets the other ones, you still fall sideways on some cushions
