I am rejecting this response because: I do have a bill stating it was past the maturity dateI sent the original one to you by email last weekThen you actually told me ypu would show it to "the powers that be" as you stated and that someone would return my callThe vehicle was returned after 1/13/thus causing the late payment and forced monthly payment because David G held it longer than he was supposed toDavid G officially returned it to the *** on 2/6/2017.

The customer surrendered his lease vehicleFrom what I gathered from his e-mail , he is stating that we made money on his over mileage, disposition fees, and other charges the leasing company charges the customer upon surrender. That is definitely not the caseOnce a person leases the
vehicle, what ever was signed on the contract pertaining to mileage allowance, damages to vehicle , and disposition fees are clearly outlined on his contractEven advertisements on leasing new vehicles specify thatAlso the comment of holding on to the vehicle does not pertain unless he personally extended the lease, which still would not take away any responsibilities in paying of any charges that the leasing company, which is the actual owner of the vehicle he was driving, will be collecting from him. We as a dealership only help facilitated the loan for the amount that he was leasing the vehicleAny charges he may have incurred are between the customer and the leasing company.We do not have any monetary gain on any of those charges. Having someone find it starting tomorrow nightThe only thing I have so far are the service recordsSo hired a person to sort all the unsorted deals because this paperwork situation has become a problem since the moveIt is on top of the list to find. On a side note, September we will be scanning all the paperwork so we don't have this issue anymore

Dear Sir, I appreciate your concerns, However the excess mileage was not part of the deal, as a matter of fact we use a form that is called a we owe, it is specifically used for items like this for example if we owed equipment like a lojack or a check for last payments etcThis form is marked

Customer cancellation was submitted to the warranty companyUnderstand that since the warranty is part of the loan amount, it is not given back as a check but instead is applied in the principal of the loanWe contacted his son today and also notified him that it will take about days to be
processedIt may also take a little longer after that to reflect on his loan principalThe Warranty company takes about 4-weeks to send the check to the loan company

The most important thing to consider is that these tickets were not purchased through Circuit of The Americas They were purchased on a secondary website. That means we (COTA) did not collect the money paid or distribute these tickets We do indeed have a policy that we don't assist
with secondary site purchases for this reason We also don't collect tickets onsite We scan them in to allow access inside the gates and the client keeps their ticket so they can enter and exit throughout the day There would be no reason for an usher to collect tickets from a guest unless that guest was asked to leave or had an issue with their seats About Friday's events - only one session of the four practice sessions were cancelled on Friday so we did not offer a refund or credit to anyone who had a Friday only ticket We also have no contractual obligation mentioned in the complaint and our events are rain or shineThat is listed on all tickets and our website But we do want you to come back and I am willing to offer tickets to one day of our upcoming Le Mans race (Sept 15,or 17)If you would like to take me up on this offer - please call me at *** *** or email ***

I am rejecting this response because:
Andre our salesman specifically said he had to increase our monthly payments because we were over the mileage. When we tried to follow up after the sale, we were told that he wasn't employed with KIA anymore and our messages to the dealership and the finance dept when unreturned.When we were signing the deal in the Finance office, there was no mention of us owning anything after the fact.We were told that the only thing owed was the first months payment and DMV charges.We would have never leased another KIA if we thought this would happen. Furthermore, we never thought that our salesperson and the dealership would hide the $ amount due for the previous car.Finally, I guess it is just get the deal at any cost and move on and that is sad.

After looking at the transaction, the following was discovered. On first payment: The vehicle was purchased on a 48 month lease which means first payment is done up front. Customer has 47 more payments left from initial contract date. He was not asked for any monies upfront....
Technically whole transaction was done with no money down or initial payment.The vehicle was purchased with us also satisfying the remaining balance of his trade, which was roughly $1818 in payments. Again, he was not asked for any monies upfront and all he did was sign and drive. The Finance manager numerous times did speak to the customer about the transaction, explaining to him the information I had written down. At no point did the he say that since the customer already signed that the customer had no recourse. He tried to explain to him down to the penny how the transaction was done and referenced his contract. If he still needs further assistance, please feel free to have him call me at [redacted] to address the issue further.
