Review: On October 29, 2013 I purchased a couch from Freehold Furniture for $400.00, 4 weeks after purchase I noticed splitting at seams om seating part of couch. I returned to Freehold Furniture 6 weeks after purchase to tell them problem with couch, I spoke to a customer service rep and I was told they were going to send someone from Freehold Furniture to my home to look at the problem and no one ever showed up and I have been contacted since from Freehold Furniture.Desired Settlement: I would like to be totally reimbursed for my couch and I will be happy getting my $400.00 back that I paid for the couch.
