Freedoms chance and John C[redacted] have 'supposedly' filed a petition for clemency for an inmate currently serving time in Danbury Ct, previously in Milan Mi.
He charged $2345 for the process. After more than 1 year, we contacted the Department of Justice and found that this organization NEVER filed anything. This man is scamming people. John Ch[redacted] cannot and willnot provide any proof that he did it because he claims he keeps no copies of anything, he does not even send anything registered or certified mail to the Dept of Justice. He cannot provide any proof showing he did anything at all. He needs to pay back the money owed.
This is a prison scam. They have someone in the prison system touting their success and recommending them, then they send letters to the prisoners who apply and their families asking for money. This is not real - it is a scam. Do not send your money to them! They have a duplicate business with the same website on the Arizona Revdex.com site. Their address is a mail box. This was confirmed as a scam by those in the prison system who lost money. Do not send them your money!

Dear T.H.
Our family is considering taking legal action against them and have contacted our Office of Executive Clemency to gather information on their standard procedures for applications that are submitted. There are many other complaints that have been filed in several states. Did you lose money to them as well?

Dear P.H.
We are in the same situation here in Florida. It seems we have gotten all the same lame excuses and are seriously considering legal action. I have contacted our Office of Executive Clemency to find out what their standard procedures are for handling any application that comes into their office.
