Freedom Valu Center

Company states that they have a car wash special $30 for $50 car wash gift card. Customer came and purchased the card, used it once, then he went to another car wash Freedom Valu Center. A week or two later, their car wash broke down. Consumer asked if he could use theirs and they let him know that...

it was not working and would be fixed in about 2 days. It was not fixed in 2 days as they had to wait for the part. Consumer asked for a refund, they explained they couldn't refund him a gift card. Company called headquarters and they spoke with a supervisor their who advised that the policy it states on the info they receive when they purchase the card advises no refunds for the card purchase. Company apologized to the consumer and said that if he doesn't like their car wash, he can still use it at any Freedom Valu Center. Consumer left the store and called [redacted]. Spoke with [redacted] who advised him the same and he said he didn't want to use them. They advised he can go to any Freedom to use it. He then left. Company is unable to refund the consumer.
